Terms & Conditions

ClickaWedding.com ("ClickaWedding", "we", "us", "our") is a wedding aggregation platform that provides wedding-related information and connects prospective wedding clients with vendors. The services include the ClickaWedding website, mobile applications, vendor apps, and related services (collectively, the “ClickaWedding Services”).

By accessing or using the ClickaWedding Services as a visitor or registered user (customer or vendor), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds or cancellations once leads are purchased. Lead details including name, phone number, and requirements (if any) are immediately shared and made available on the ClickaWedding dashboard.

Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the ClickaWedding Services immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all terms and future modifications.

Modifications

ClickaWedding reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.

Eligibility

• You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect while you use the ClickaWedding Services. ClickaWedding may terminate access at its sole discretion without notice. Upon termination, all content remains the property of ClickaWedding.

User Content

• Users retain ownership of content they submit.
• You warrant that you own or have rights to publish all content uploaded.
• You grant ClickaWedding a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use and display your content.
• ClickaWedding may remove content deemed inappropriate or violative.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All ClickaWedding content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

Prohibited Content

• Defamatory, abusive, obscene, or illegal content
• Sexual, violent, or hateful material
• Copyright-infringing content
• Spam, malware, or misleading information
• Unauthorized commercial solicitation

Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized copying or redistribution of content
• Fraud, harassment, spamming, or impersonation
• Automated access or system interference
• Misuse of accounts or credentials

Customers

Customers acknowledge that ClickaWedding is only a listing platform. Transactions and bookings occur directly between customers and vendors. ClickaWedding is not liable for disputes, losses, or service quality.

Vendors

Vendors are solely responsible for their profiles, content, services, and transactions. Any misrepresentation or misuse of third-party content is the vendor’s responsibility.

Reviews Policy

Reviews must be genuine and unbiased. False reviews may be reported to info@clickawedding.com or reviews@clickawedding.com. ClickaWedding reserves the right to remove unverified or misleading reviews.

Deletion of Vendor Profiles

Vendor accounts cannot be deleted once created. Profiles may be marked as unclaimed or unsearchable at ClickaWedding’s discretion.

User Disputes

Users are solely responsible for interactions with other users. ClickaWedding may monitor disputes but is not obligated to intervene.

Promotions and Giveaways

Promotions may be conducted on behalf of third parties and are governed by separate rules. ClickaWedding assumes no liability for such promotions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The ClickaWedding Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

ClickaWedding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you for the services.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangalore, India. Courts in Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClickaWedding from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Statute of Limitations

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the cause of action arising.

Refund Policy (Clarification)

ClickaWedding provides verified leads. Once lead details are shared, there are no refunds. ClickaWedding does not participate in vendor sales pitches or customer decisions.
